Just want to let you know about my service call. Your man John Manhoney came & gave me a price to replace the broken spring. He also gave me prices of other services that he thought I needed. I told him to just replace the spring. I sat there watching him while he began. Being around for 78years & knowing how to do things myself I could see that he knew what he was doing & VERY GOOD AT IT. As he got into it he found that it would in no time need bearings & rollers, Which he wanted to replace in the first place. So I told him to go for it. John did all the work at a quick pace, Lubed the Screw drive,oiled the other parts that needed oiled,tested the door, made another adjustment,& we got the bill taken care & was gone in record time. I wasn't late for diner & was happy I had called Your company. You are fortunate to have an employee as good as John & I hope you let him know that & how pleased I was. I do like my garage door and in the past the service with GDS has been really good. The tech I had yesterday was excellent - Pedro - but I have to say that in terms of reliability, your team has a long way to go. Please remember that when you schedule timeslots with your customers, it is their lives that you are impacting and their work. I came to anticipate you guys coming hours later than the allotted appointment time and every time you came hours later! Please take this into consideration when you schedule your jobs!
