Angie's List had an offer from Garage Door Services to have my garage door tuned and the rollers replaced for $99. John Maloney was the professional servicing my garage door. John was great!!! Very professional, very thorough and very committed to providing excellent service. John discovered that a previously replaced garage door spring was not the correct capacity and advised I have it replaced. Apparently the garage had a foundation placed too close together for the garage door - consequently the springs were set to not provide enough counter to the door weight to allow the door to close. That was discovered after John had completed replacing the springs and required some custom modifications to the bottom roller cages to allow proper operation of the garage door. The results were fantastic!!! The door is much easier to manually lift and the system is much quieter!! I am very impressed with John's work and work ethic!! He is Highly recommended. Thank you!
