Jose was very professional and I appreciate the same tech coming out for second service.There was however confusion as to wether iI ould be charged _x000D_
a service fee eventhough work done was less than 30.days. home inspector stated safety eyes needed adjusting but turned out they did not. The fee was waved and I was sastisfied with overall service. I will highly recommend your company but would like to see 30.day warranty backed without ado and question.

After doing an excellent job late at night before to replace our broken garage door spring, and updating the working parts, Caleb Bowser returned again on 16Dec13 to replace the failing electric motor. Caleb is a very knowledgable , highly skilled worker. Furthermore he is courteous and respectful of our desires. We very much appreciated his willingness to work late in the dark to free us from our garage the first time and his working within our preferred time schedule the 2nd time. Anthony arrived when he said he would be here, after calling to let me know when he expected to arrive. He went right to work to replace a broken spring, reconnect cables and set the tension on the new spring. He then checked the rest of the unit and suggested new wheels (which I decided to get thinking this would probably help the system last a little longer), checked that everything was working and lubricated the unit. Customer service on the phone when scheduling - very kind and helpful. We were told tech would be here the next day between 8am-11am. He showed up at Noon, but we did receive 3 calls informing us that he was running late with other jobs and truck issues. Chris Taylor was our tech. He was kind and courteous. I believe he did good work... we have yet to use the door to see. We probably paid too much, but wanted the work done quickly and didn't have time to price shop. Chose the add rollers that probably weren't necessary to get the life time warranty on rollers and springs.

Carl Johnson, service person, was most pleasant, efficient, and completed the job in a relatively short period of time. He contacted me and told me when he would be here, called when he arrived and I appreciated that. Further, I called to report my problem on a Sunday evening, fully expecting to not have an answer or a recording. Called the 206 # and Austin (in person) answered and we made the above appointment for repair between 3 - 6 pm today. Carl was here by 3pm. Great service and much appreciated. Door works great!
